महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-68, verse-38

तस्य यो वहते भारं सर्वलोकसुखावहम् ।
तिष्ठेत्प्रियहिते राज्ञ उभौ लोकौ हि यो जयेत् ॥३८॥
38. tasya yo vahate bhāraṁ sarvalokasukhāvaham ,
tiṣṭhetpriyahite rājña ubhau lokau hi yo jayet.

tiṣṭhet priyahite rājñaḥ ubhau lokau hi yaḥ jayet
38. yaḥ tasya sarvalokasukhavaham bhāram vahate

38. Whoever carries this burden (responsibility) that brings happiness to all people should support the king in what is pleasing and beneficial, for such a person would indeed conquer both worlds.
