एते तु सप्त पुरुषा नानाविर्याः पृथक्पृथक् ।
नाशक्नुवन्प्रजाः स्रष्टुमसमागम्य सर्वतः ॥४१॥

41. These seven cosmic persons (puruṣa) had diverse powers individually. They were unable to create beings (prajāḥ) without assembling together completely.
