चितौ संकल्पनगरं ब्रह्माण्डाख्यं जगद्गृहम् ।
खे खमेवाप्यनाकारं प्रत्याकारमिव स्थितम् ॥ ५९ ॥

59. In consciousness (cit), the city of thoughts and intentions (saṅkalpanagara), which is also the world-house called the cosmic egg (brahmāṇḍa), exists. This is like space appearing as space itself, formless (anākāra), yet seemingly taking on a specific form.
