पौरुषेण क्रमेणादौ धनानि समुपार्जयेत् ।
धनैरभ्याहरेद्भव्यान्सुजनान्गुणशालिनः ॥ ६६ ॥

66. Initially, one should acquire wealth through human effort and proper methods. With that wealth, one should attract noble, virtuous people who are endowed with good qualities.
