योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-14, verse-52

रामानुभवनीयस्य तथानुभवितुः स्वयम् ।
अवलम्ब्य निरालम्बं मध्यं मध्ये स्थिरो भव ॥ ५२ ॥
rāmānubhavanīyasya tathānubhavituḥ svayam ,
