योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-14, verse-51

स्वाद्यस्वादकसंत्यक्तं स्वाद्यस्वादकमध्यगम् ।
स्वादनं केवलं ध्यायन्नित्यमात्ममयो भव ॥ ५१ ॥
