न पश्यत्येव योऽत्यर्थं तस्य कः खलु दुर्मतिः ।
विचित्रमञ्जरी चित्रं संदर्शयति काननम् ॥ ३ ॥

3. To one who does not perceive anything clearly, who, indeed, is so foolish [as to offer guidance]? (It is like expecting) a vibrant flower-cluster to beautifully reveal a forest.
