महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-9, chapter-10, verse-43

यमदण्डप्रतीकाशां कालरात्रिमिवोद्यताम् ।
गजवाजिमनुष्याणां प्राणान्तकरणीमपि ॥४३॥
43. yamadaṇḍapratīkāśāṁ kālarātrimivodyatām ,
gajavājimanuṣyāṇāṁ prāṇāntakaraṇīmapi.
