च महाबलः च धृष्टद्युम्नम् शैनेयम्
अथ अपि च शिखण्डिनम् एकैकम्
दशभिः बाणैः विव्याध ततः घर्मान्ते
मघवान् इव बाणवर्षम् असृजत्

And the mighty Śalya struck each of them – Dhṛṣṭadyumna, Śaineya, and also Śikhaṇḍin – with ten arrows. Then, like Indra at the end of the summer season, he released a torrent of arrows.
