महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-57, verse-43

तथेन्द्रलोके निजघान दैत्यानसंख्येयान्कालकेयांश्च सर्वान् ।
लेभे शङ्खं देवदत्तं स्म तत्र को नाम तेनाभ्यधिकः पृथिव्याम् ॥४३॥

43. tathendraloke nijaghāna daityā;nasaṁkhyeyānkālakeyāṁśca sarvān ,
lebhe śaṅkhaṁ devadattaṁ sma tatra; ko nāma tenābhyadhikaḥ pṛthivyām.

43. tathā indraloke nijaghāna asaṅkhyeyān daityān kālakeyān ca sarvān,
tatra ca lebhe devadattam śaṅkham sma,
pṛthivyām kena nāma abhyadhikaḥ tena?

43. Likewise, in the realm of Indra, he struck down innumerable daityas and all the Kālakeyas, and there he obtained the conch named Devadatta. Who on earth is superior to him?
