महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-57, verse-24

न चास्य रक्षां पश्यामि पृष्ठतो न च पार्श्वतः ।
एक एवाभियाति त्वां पश्य साफल्यमात्मनः ॥२४॥

24. na cāsya rakṣāṁ paśyāmi pṛṣṭhato na ca pārśvataḥ ,
eka evābhiyāti tvāṁ paśya sāphalyamātmanaḥ.

24. na ca asya rakṣām paśyāmi pṛṣṭhataḥ na ca pārśvataḥ
ekaḥ eva abhiyāti tvām paśya sāphalyam ātmanaḥ

24. asya rakṣām pṛṣṭhataḥ ca pārśvataḥ ca na paśyāmi
ekaḥ eva tvām abhiyāti ātmanaḥ sāphalyam paśya

24. And I see no protection for him, neither from behind nor from his sides. He alone approaches you. Behold, therefore, the success (sāphalya) of your own self (ātman).
