महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-78, verse-40

तदस्त्रं भस्मसात्कृत्वा मायां तां राक्षसीं तदा ।
अलम्बुसं शरैर्घोरैरभ्याकिरत सर्वशः ।
पर्वतं वारिधाराभिः प्रावृषीव बलाहकः ॥४०॥

40. tadastraṁ bhasmasātkṛtvā māyāṁ tāṁ rākṣasīṁ tadā ,
alambusaṁ śarairghorairabhyākirata sarvaśaḥ ,
parvataṁ vāridhārābhiḥ prāvṛṣīva balāhakaḥ.

40. tat astram bhasmasāt kṛtvā māyām tām
rākṣasīm tadā alambusam śaraiḥ
ghoraiḥ abhyākirata sarvaśaḥ parvatam
vāridhārābhiḥ prāvṛṣi iva balāhakaḥ

40. tadā [saḥ] tat astram [gṛhītvā] tām rākṣasīm māyām bhasmasāt kṛtvā,
ghnoraiḥ śaraiḥ sarvaśaḥ alambusam abhyākirata,
iva balāhakaḥ prāvṛṣi vāridhārābhiḥ parvatam [avākirat].

40. Then, having incinerated that demonic illusion (māyā) with that missile (astra), he completely assailed Alambuṣa with fierce arrows, just as a cloud covers a mountain with streams of water during the rainy season.
