महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-24, verse-39

एषा तेऽभिहिता सांख्ये बुद्धिर्योगे त्विमां शृणु ।
बुद्ध्या युक्तो यया पार्थ कर्मबन्धं प्रहास्यसि ॥३९॥
39. eṣā te'bhihitā sāṁkhye buddhiryoge tvimāṁ śṛṇu ,
buddhyā yukto yayā pārtha karmabandhaṁ prahāsyasi.
39. eṣā te abhihitā sāṅkhye buddhiḥ yoge tu imām śṛṇu
buddhyā yuktaḥ yayā pārtha karmabandham prahāsyasi
39. sāṅkhye te eṣā buddhiḥ abhihitā tu yoge imām śṛṇu
pārtha yayā buddhyā yuktaḥ karmabandham prahāsyasi
39. This understanding has been declared to you in the path of analytical knowledge (Sāṅkhya). Now, listen to this (understanding) in the discipline of action (yoga), endowed with which understanding, O Pārtha, you will completely cast off the bondage of action (karma).
