महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-104, verse-47

काममभ्यस वा मा वा न मे जीवन्विमोक्ष्यसे ।
सुदृष्टः क्रियतां भीष्म लोकोऽयं समितिंजय ॥४७॥
47. kāmamabhyasa vā mā vā na me jīvanvimokṣyase ,
sudṛṣṭaḥ kriyatāṁ bhīṣma loko'yaṁ samitiṁjaya.

sudṛṣṭaḥ kriyatām bhīṣma lokaḥ ayam samitiṃjaya
47. he samitiṃjaya bhīṣma kāmam abhyasa vā mā vā na
me jīvan vimokṣyase ayam lokaḥ sudṛṣṭaḥ kriyatām
47. O Bhishma, conqueror of assemblies, fight as you wish, or not, but you will not escape me alive. Let this world be seen well (by you).
