महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-219, verse-57

अप्रकीर्णेन्द्रियं दान्तं शुचिं नित्यमतन्द्रितम् ।
आस्तिकं श्रद्दधानं च वर्जयन्ति सदा ग्रहाः ॥५७॥
57. aprakīrṇendriyaṁ dāntaṁ śuciṁ nityamatandritam ,
āstikaṁ śraddadhānaṁ ca varjayanti sadā grahāḥ.

āstikam śraddadhānam ca varjayanti sadā grahāḥ
57. The `grahas` (afflictions) always avoid one whose senses are not scattered, who is self-controlled, pure, always vigilant, devout, and full of faith (śraddhā).
