महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-219, verse-19

मातर ऊचुः ।
इच्छाम तासां मातॄणां प्रजा भोक्तुं प्रयच्छ नः ।
त्वया सह पृथग्भूता ये च तासामथेश्वराः ॥१९॥

19. mātara ūcuḥ ,
icchāma tāsāṁ mātṝṇāṁ prajā bhoktuṁ prayaccha naḥ ,
tvayā saha pṛthagbhūtā ye ca tāsāmatheśvarāḥ.

19. The Mothers said: "We wish to consume (bhoktum) the children (prajā) of those mothers; grant them to us. And also (we wish for) those lords (īśvara) who were separated from you."
