धनिष्ठादिस्तदा कालो ब्रह्मणा परिनिर्मितः ।
रोहिण्याद्योऽभवत्पूर्वमेवं संख्या समाभवत् ॥१०॥

rohiṇy-ādyaḥ abhavat pūrvam evam saṃkhyā samābhavat

10. At that time, the division of time, starting with (the constellation) Dhaniṣṭhā, was thoroughly established by Brahmā. Previously, it had begun with Rohiṇī. In this manner, the calculation was properly made.
