महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-219, verse-15

स्कन्द उवाच ।
मातरस्तु भवत्यो मे भवतीनामहं सुतः ।
उच्यतां यन्मया कार्यं भवतीनामथेप्सितम् ॥१५॥
15. skanda uvāca ,
mātarastu bhavatyo me bhavatīnāmahaṁ sutaḥ ,
ucyatāṁ yanmayā kāryaṁ bhavatīnāmathepsitam.
15. skandaḥ uvāca mātaraḥ tu bhavatyaḥ me bhavatīnām aham
sutaḥ ucyatām yat mayā kāryam bhavatīnām atha īpsitam
15. Skanda said: "You are indeed my mothers, and I am your son. Please tell me what should be done by me, and what you desire."
