महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-14, chapter-19, verse-34

संनियम्येन्द्रियग्रामं निर्घोषे निर्जने वने ।
कायमभ्यन्तरं कृत्स्नमेकाग्रः परिचिन्तयेत् ॥३४॥
34. saṁniyamyendriyagrāmaṁ nirghoṣe nirjane vane ,
kāyamabhyantaraṁ kṛtsnamekāgraḥ paricintayet.
