32.
He (the soul/being) becomes wise, dull, or mute; short or likewise tall. He takes birth as a brahmin, a kshatriya, a vaishya, or likewise a shudra, appearing in both natural and reverse (social) orders. Then, he even becomes Indra (śatakratu).
