गौरं श्यामं च कृष्णं च वर्णं विकुरुते पुनः ।
विरूपो रूपवांश्चैव युवा वृद्धस्तथैव च ॥३१॥

31. Again, he (the soul/being) changes complexion to fair, dark, or black. And likewise, he becomes deformed or handsome, young or old.
