महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-40, verse-38

एवं रूपाणि सततं कुरुते पाकशासनः ।
तस्माद्विपुल यत्नेन रक्षेमां तनुमध्यमाम् ॥३८॥
38. evaṁ rūpāṇi satataṁ kurute pākaśāsanaḥ ,
tasmādvipula yatnena rakṣemāṁ tanumadhyamām.

vipula yatnena rakṣa imām tanumadhyamām
