महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-132, verse-53

पापेन कर्मणा देवि बद्धो हिंसारतिर्नरः ।
अप्रियः सर्वभूतानां हीनायुरुपजायते ॥५३॥
53. pāpena karmaṇā devi baddho hiṁsāratirnaraḥ ,
apriyaḥ sarvabhūtānāṁ hīnāyurupajāyate.
