16.
The path characterized by charity (dāna), natural law (dharma), and austerity (tapas), and whose essence is good conduct, purity, and compassion, should always be followed by people, either for securing a livelihood or for the sake of righteousness (dharma). However, those desiring dwelling in heaven should not follow any path other than this.
