भुञ्जानो यावकं रूक्षं दीर्घकालमरिंदम ।
एकारामो विशुद्धात्मा योगी बलमवाप्नुयात् ॥४४॥
44. bhuñjāno yāvakaṁ rūkṣaṁ dīrghakālamariṁdama ,
ekārāmo viśuddhātmā yogī balamavāpnuyāt.
