महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-289, verse-30

आत्मनश्च समाधाने धारणां प्रति चाभिभो ।
निदर्शनानि सूक्ष्माणि शृणु मे भरतर्षभ ॥३०॥
30. ātmanaśca samādhāne dhāraṇāṁ prati cābhibho ,
nidarśanāni sūkṣmāṇi śṛṇu me bharatarṣabha.
