महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-289, verse-32

स्नेहपूर्णे यथा पात्रे मन आधाय निश्चलम् ।
पुरुषो यत्त आरोहेत्सोपानं युक्तमानसः ॥३२॥
32. snehapūrṇe yathā pātre mana ādhāya niścalam ,
puruṣo yatta ārohetsopānaṁ yuktamānasaḥ.
