शयानमुत्थितं चैव व्रजन्तमथवा स्थितम् ।
स्पृशन्तमभितः स्पृश्यं त्यजन्तमथवाऽभितः ॥ ४ ॥

(One should meditate on this Self) while it is lying down or risen, going or standing still, touching what is to be touched everywhere, or abandoning it everywhere.
