मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-82, verse-28

अम्लानपङ्कजां मालां शिरस्युरसि चापराम् ।
अददज्जलधिस्तस्यै पङ्कजं चातिशोभनम् ॥२८॥
28. amlānapaṅkajāṃ mālāṃ śirasyurasi cāparām .
adadajjaladhistasyai paṅkajaṃ cātiśobhanam.

adadat jaladhiḥ tasyai paṅkajam ca atiśobhanam
28. The ocean god gave her a garland of unfading lotus flowers for her head, another for her chest, and also an exceedingly beautiful lotus flower.
