मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-82, verse-16

तस्यास्तु दन्ताः सम्भूताः प्राजापत्येन तेजसा ।
नयनत्रितयं जज्ञे तथा पावकतेजसा ॥१६॥
16. tasyāstu dantāḥ sambhūtāḥ prājāpatyena tejasā .
nayanatritayaṃ jajñe tathā pāvakatejasā.

16. Her teeth, furthermore, were produced by the splendor of Prajāpati. Likewise, her three eyes appeared from the splendor of fire.
