महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-9, chapter-31, verse-45

उत्थितस्तु जलात्तस्मात्पुत्रो दुर्योधनस्तव ।
अतिष्ठत गदापाणी रुधिरेण समुक्षितः ॥४५॥
45. utthitastu jalāttasmātputro duryodhanastava ,
atiṣṭhata gadāpāṇī rudhireṇa samukṣitaḥ.
45. utthitaḥ tu jalāt tasmāt putraḥ duryodhanaḥ
tava atiṣṭhata gadā-pāṇiḥ rudhireṇa samukṣitaḥ
45. tava putraḥ duryodhanaḥ tu tasmāt jalāt utthitaḥ
gadā-pāṇiḥ rudhireṇa samukṣitaḥ san atiṣṭhata
45. But your son Duryodhana, having emerged from that water, stood there, mace in hand, drenched in blood.
