Saying, 'Here it is!' and completely composed (asaṃbhrāntaḥ), Arjuna (arjunaḥ) struck the earth (medinīm) with his missile (astreṇa) and created (cakre) an auspicious (śubham) pond (saraḥ) for the horses to drink from (vājipānam).
