महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-74, verse-53

रथसागरमक्षोभ्यं मातङ्गाङ्गशिलाचितम् ।
वेलाभूतस्तदा पार्थः पत्रिभिः समवारयत् ॥५३॥
53. rathasāgaramakṣobhyaṁ mātaṅgāṅgaśilācitam ,
velābhūtastadā pārthaḥ patribhiḥ samavārayat.

53. At that moment, Arjuna (pārthaḥ), becoming like a shoreline, checked that immense, unshakeable (akṣobhyam) ocean of chariots (rathasāgaram), which was strewn with the bodies of elephants like rocks, by means of his arrows.
