महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-24, verse-50

युध्यन्तौ कृपवार्ष्णेयौ येऽपश्यंश्चित्रयोधिनौ ।
ते युद्धसक्तमनसो नान्या बुबुधिरे क्रियाः ॥५०॥
50. yudhyantau kṛpavārṣṇeyau ye'paśyaṁścitrayodhinau ,
te yuddhasaktamanaso nānyā bubudhire kriyāḥ.

te yuddhasaktamanasaḥ na anyāḥ bubudhire kriyāḥ
50. ye citrayodhinau yudhyantau kṛpavārṣṇeyau apaśyan

50. Those who saw Kṛpa and Vārṣṇeya, both fighting skillfully, had their minds so absorbed in the battle that they did not perceive any other activities.
