महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-79, verse-48

स च्छाद्यमानो बहुभिः शरैः संनतपर्वभिः ।
स्वस्रीयाभ्यां नरव्याघ्रो नाकम्पत यथाचलः ।
प्रहसन्निव तां चापि शरवृष्टिं जघान ह ॥४८॥
48. sa cchādyamāno bahubhiḥ śaraiḥ saṁnataparvabhiḥ ,
svasrīyābhyāṁ naravyāghro nākampata yathācalaḥ ,
prahasanniva tāṁ cāpi śaravṛṣṭiṁ jaghāna ha.
48. saḥ chādyamānaḥ bahubhiḥ śaraiḥ
saṃnataparvabhiḥ svasrīyābhyām naravyāghraḥ
na akampata yathā acalaḥ prahasan
iva tām ca api śaravṛṣṭim jaghāna ha

48. Though covered by many sharp-jointed arrows from his two nephews, that tiger among men did not tremble, standing firm like a mountain. He even countered that shower of arrows, as if laughing.
