महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-187, verse-8

मया क्रतुशतैरिष्टं बहुभिः स्वाप्तदक्षिणैः ।
यजन्ते वेदविदुषो मां देवयजने स्थितम् ॥८॥
8. mayā kratuśatairiṣṭaṁ bahubhiḥ svāptadakṣiṇaiḥ ,
yajante vedaviduṣo māṁ devayajane sthitam.

8. I have performed an offering with hundreds of sacrifices, many of which had their proper sacrificial fees (dakṣiṇā) received. Those who know the Vedas worship me, who am present at the place of divine worship (devayajana).
