महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-187, verse-54

दृष्ट्वेमं वृष्णिशार्दूलं स्मृतिर्मामियमागता ।
आदिदेवमजं विष्णुं पुरुषं पीतवाससम् ॥५४॥
54. dṛṣṭvemaṁ vṛṣṇiśārdūlaṁ smṛtirmāmiyamāgatā ,
ādidevamajaṁ viṣṇuṁ puruṣaṁ pītavāsasam.
54. dṛṣṭvā imam vṛṣṇiśārdūlam smṛtiḥ mama iyam
āgatā ādidevam ajam viṣṇum puruṣam pītavāsasam
54. Having seen this lion among the Vṛṣṇis, this memory has come to me (that he is) the primeval deity, the unborn Vishnu, the cosmic Person (puruṣa), adorned in yellow garments.
