At the appropriate time for action (karmakāle), I again (punaḥ), having meditated (anucintya) upon the body (deham), create (sṛjāmi) it. Having entered (praviśya) a human body (deham), [I do so] for the purpose of establishing the bounds (maryādābandha) of natural law (dharma).
