यदा यदा च धर्मस्य ग्लानिर्भवति सत्तम ।
अभ्युत्थानमधर्मस्य तदात्मानं सृजाम्यहम् ॥२६॥

26. Whenever there is a decline of righteousness (dharma), O best of beings, and an increase of unrighteousness (adharma), then I manifest My self (ātman).
