महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-187, verse-55

सर्वेषामेव भूतानां पिता माता च माधवः ।
गच्छध्वमेनं शरणं शरण्यं कौरवर्षभाः ॥५५॥
55. sarveṣāmeva bhūtānāṁ pitā mātā ca mādhavaḥ ,
gacchadhvamenaṁ śaraṇaṁ śaraṇyaṁ kauravarṣabhāḥ.
55. sarveṣām eva bhūtānām pitā mātā ca mādhavaḥ
gacchadhvam enam śaraṇam śaraṇyam kauravarṣabhāḥ
55. Mādhava is indeed the father and mother of all beings. O best among the Kauravas, approach him for refuge, for he is the one worthy of protection.
