Having created (sṛṣṭvā) gods and humans, as well as gandharvas, nagas (uraga), and rākṣasas, and also stationary (sthāvarāṇi) beings (bhūtāni), I withdraw (saṃharāmi) [them all] by my own illusory power (māyā).
