महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-2, chapter-28, verse-4

सुकुमारं वशे चक्रे सुमित्रं च नराधिपम् ।
तथैवापरमत्स्यांश्च व्यजयत्स पटच्चरान् ॥४॥
4. sukumāraṁ vaśe cakre sumitraṁ ca narādhipam ,
tathaivāparamatsyāṁśca vyajayatsa paṭaccarān.

4. He brought Sukumara under his control and also King Sumitra. Similarly, he conquered the western Matsyas and the Paṭaccarās.
