महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-2, chapter-28, verse-31

प्रमुखे सर्वसैन्यस्य भीतोद्विग्नस्य भारत ।
न चैनमत्यगाद्वह्निर्वेलामिव महोदधिः ॥३१॥
31. pramukhe sarvasainyasya bhītodvignasya bhārata ,
na cainamatyagādvahnirvelāmiva mahodadhiḥ.

na ca enam atyagāt vahniḥ velām iva mahodadhiḥ
31. O Bhārata, at the forefront of the entire frightened and agitated army, the fire (Agni) could not surpass him, just as a great ocean does not transgress its shore.
