महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-134, verse-27

ज्ञानविज्ञानसंपन्नानूहापोहविशारदान् ।
प्रवक्तॄन्पृच्छते योऽन्यान्स वै ना पदमर्च्छति ॥२७॥
27. jñānavijñānasaṁpannānūhāpohaviśāradān ,
pravaktṝnpṛcchate yo'nyānsa vai nā padamarcchati.

27. He who questions others, instead of those who are endowed with theoretical knowledge (jñāna) and practical understanding (vijñāna), skilled in analysis and synthesis, and eloquent speakers, will certainly not attain the proper state.
