महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-96, verse-47

विवाहं कारयिष्यन्तं भीष्मं काशिपतेः सुता ।
ज्येष्ठा तासामिदं वाक्यमब्रवीद्ध सती तदा ॥४७॥
47. vivāhaṁ kārayiṣyantaṁ bhīṣmaṁ kāśipateḥ sutā ,
jyeṣṭhā tāsāmidaṁ vākyamabravīddha satī tadā.
47. vivāham kārayiṣyantam bhīṣmam kāśipateḥ sutā
jyeṣṭhā tāsām idam vākyam abravīt ha satī tadā
47. Then, when Bhishma was about to arrange the marriage, the eldest of those daughters, the daughter of the king of Kashi, that virtuous lady, spoke these words to him.
