तेषां निवसतां तत्र सहस्रं परिवत्सरान् ।
अथाभ्यगच्छद्भरतान्वसिष्ठो भगवानृषिः ॥३६॥

abhyagacchat bharatān vasiṣṭhaḥ bhagavān ṛṣiḥ

36. While they (the Bharatas) were residing there for a thousand years, then the venerable sage Vasiṣṭha approached the Bharatas.
