महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-89, verse-2

न ह्यस्मिञ्शीलहीनो वा निर्वीर्यो वा नराधिपः ।
प्रजाविरहितो वापि भूतपूर्वः कदाचन ॥२॥
2. na hyasmiñśīlahīno vā nirvīryo vā narādhipaḥ ,
prajāvirahito vāpi bhūtapūrvaḥ kadācana.

prajāvirahitaḥ vā api bhūtapūrvaḥ kadācana
