महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-158, verse-27

भरद्वाजादग्निवेश्यो अग्निवेश्याद्गुरुर्मम ।
स त्विदं मह्यमददाद्द्रोणो ब्राह्मणसत्तमः ॥२७॥
27. bharadvājādagniveśyo agniveśyādgururmama ,
sa tvidaṁ mahyamadadāddroṇo brāhmaṇasattamaḥ.
27. bharadvājāt agniveśyaḥ agniveśyāt guruḥ mama saḥ
tu idam mahyam adadāt droṇaḥ brāhmaṇasattamaḥ
27. From Bharadvaja, Agniveśya received it. From Agniveśya, my preceptor (guru) received it. That Drona, the most excellent of Brahmins, then gave this (weapon) to me.
