इत्यहं ग्रामवास्तव्यः संपन्नो ब्राह्मणस्तदा ।
देहमात्रकबद्धास्थो दूरीकृतविवेकभूः ॥ ३४ ॥

ityahaṃ grāmavāstavyaḥ saṃpanno brāhmaṇastadā ,
dehamātrakabaddhāstho dūrīkṛtavivekabhūḥ 34

tadā dehamātrakabaddhāsthaḥ dūrīkṛtavivekabhūḥ

34. Thus, I became a brahmin dwelling in the village, with my attachment fixed solely on the physical body, and having removed the very ground of my discernment (viveka).

34. כך הפכתי לְבְּרַהְמִין המתגורר בכפר, קשור כולו לגוף בלבד ומרוחק מעולם ההבחנה הבוחנת (וִיבֵקָה).
