योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-18, verse-7

नाभिनन्दति न द्वेष्टि न शोचति न काङ्क्षति ।
मौनस्थः प्रकृतारम्भी संसारे नावसीदति ॥ ७ ॥

7. He does not rejoice, nor does he hate; he does not grieve, nor does he desire. Abiding in silence and undertaking only appropriate actions, such a one does not despair in the cycle of transmigration (saṃsāra).
